The staff is wonderful. The front desk was very informative. The breakfast staff continually cleaned the entire time to ensure cleanliness for each guest.
Negatives:
The tub needs to be resurfaced.

Nice hotel/great location
Positives:
We loved the bed and the included breakfast was quite tasty and a perfect way to start the day. The staff at check-in was very kind.
This was also a perfect location as we wanted to visit western Maryland railroad within town and it was right off the highway.
Negatives:
We were told we could access the side door to the hotel with our room key according to the sign but the door wouldn't open. This meant we'd have to walk around the building after parking which wouldn't have been a big deal if it wasn't freezing outside.
The shower fosset also leaked and would drip onto the tub fosset which would make a pinging noise which drove me a little crazy. It was only audible in the bathroom so it wasn't a big deal but I thought I'd mention it.
