Room was nice. Beds were comfy but the sheets could have fit the beds better.
Negatives:
They could get sheets to fit the mattresses. I had to "put" the sheets back on the mattresses in the morning because they came off during the night.

The breakfast was great. The lady who facilitated the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. The property was cute and I liked the amenities

We had a hard time checking in because the clerk didn’t know what she was doing. I had prepaid for the rooms through booking and the lady didn’t know how to work it. She kept trying to charge my card repeatedly. I had to call booking. It took an hour to get this resolved while we stood there embarrassed. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom floor and shower from the previous guests. The indoor pool was freezing cold. We couldn’t enjoy it.
