The property was unsafe and the front desk was rude. And booking.com refused to refund my money. A barefoot disheveled looking guy in the lobby harassed my daughter and I, the front desk would not allow me to check in, told me to come back in 5-10 minutes. Walked back to my car and the barefoot disheveled looking followed my DAUGHTER and I to our car. And booking.com asked me to “upload proof”.
