Positives: Nothing
Negatives: Everything. Worse customer service ever. I was called over the phone at 12:30am and received the worse customer service on phone. I paid for two rooms and they called me to tell me that if we didnt arrived by 2:12am I would loose my reservation and if I did come I would have to leave a $100 deposit if not I would not be allowed in even though I had made the full payment already. We got there at 2:05am and there was no one up front, we had to wait over 40 minutes before someone finally came. I would never go back and would never recommend this place

Negatives: The hotel had 3 or 4 buildings, like fingers on a hand. I had the unit at the very end of one of the buildings. I was closest to the busy and noisy interstate. I heard trucks, motorcycles, 24/7 etc. The phone did not work, as I do not have a cell phone the tv only had a few channels and those stations were all a bit hazy, and the bath drain did not have a stopper. I asked if they have other rooms, claimed they were booked, but i could get a smoking room, but I do not smoke.

Positives: It had a b e d no alarm clock no microwave no coffee pot no grab bar in the bathroom if you sit on the commode your nose could just about touch the wall my husband fell while taking a shower he grabbed a shower curtain and then fell out of the tub and ont
Negatives: Onto the commode he was in a lot of pain but we were leaving the next morning and he just wanted to get out of there and not bother but when we got home he had to go to the emergency room due to the pain he was having would not recommend this hotel to any
