No water in bath tube. Didn't find out till after nine pm. Didn't want to change room at that point. Explained to front desk when leaving.

Close to metro and Dunkin’ Donuts
Negatives:
Security. They picked the absolute worst time to do a room key check as I was walking in from just getting off of the last metro stop for the night. I’ve stayed at a lot of places and have never had that happen before. Even after showing him my room key and explaining that I was in a hurry, he still wanted to know room details. I was more uncomfortable giving the details than by staying at other places near this area, that do not have security.

After tour bus arrival, it was impossible to use elevators throughout the evening. The next morning the lobby and breakfast area were mobbed, making us unable to eat there.

The hotel was a surprise for us. We needed just a quick overnight for a family funeral, close-by to our needs.
The hotel was very clean, lots of towels and necessary items one often forgets. The bed was very comfortable; there was a refrigerator and microwave, nice t.v. and tons of places to plug in both electrical and phone/computer devices. The hotel breakfast provided everything one could want: fresh fruit, eggs, English muffins, cereals, yogurts, and DD's, probably from the shop nearby. Coffee was excellent and refreshed while we were there. Price was good.
I'll go back!

Shower control was difficult to use. It took great effort to push in the knob to turn off the water.
Also, it would have been nice to have a grab-bar inside the tub. There was one outside to aid stepping in.The tub, itself, was a bit slippery.

One complaint would be, we could not get the shower to work the morning we left. It worked the night before, we managed with the running water from the sink. We mentioned it at the desk when we checked out.
