A friend and I had adjoining rooms. One room was serviced after the first night but the other was not. I am sure it was just an oversight. The towels were not up to the same standard as the excellent bed linens and other amenities such as the coffee/tea bar and the bathroom products which were some of the best I've experienced.

The room was wonderful and spacious, not cramped. A really comfortable wingback chair by the window. The walk in shower is great modern take, love that that feature of walking in and sliding the door, however the door could have used some cushion and WD40 - still a great feature. Overall my single night stay was amazing and thank you to the reception personnel Timothy for the personal touch of room secluded, so that I be as expressive as I want with no noise complaints.
Negatives:
The lack of a microwave in the room, was the only downside for me. leftovers in the morning or a late night snack paramount to late night stays in passing.
