The very first person we meant when entering the facilities, the one who supposed to make us welcomed took a very long time to even figure out my reservation after given her my name and even showed her my reservation with all details info on the booking.com app and also the confirmation email. She couldn't locate us and again, after all the details presented to her, she dared, asking me if I'm sure about the hotel because it seemed to her that we came to the wrong hotel. Unbelievable!

We were not advised that room cleaning was a option so when we came home in the evening room was not made up, no towels, coffee or bed being made. Very disappointed . Breakfast was over at 9 and 9:30 on weekends and not worth eating it was like the Hampton only worse. It ended too early we left and had breakfast outside the hotel
