It is an excellent experience, the hotel, the service, the facilities and the gym and that breakfast is included is a great success, I recommend it for your stay in Germantown.
Negatives:
I wouldn't say I liked the parking lot, when there are special activities it fills up quickly and there are no special spaces for people staying at the hotel.

I’ll most definitely will be...
Positives:
The location was fabulous because I needed to be close to my job and to shopping. The location was good for both. I also very much enjoyed my BED. I had a very comfortable King Size bed and it was very comfortable night's sleep! Staff was also very friendly, helpful, and informative.
Negatives:
The breakfast was probably the most disappointing of what was a good experience. While I was happy to have a breakfast to wake up to, there was very little variety to choose from. There was also a huge bus tour that was in the breakfast area and things got a bit chaotic in terms of serving. Not necessarily the staff's fault (it was a big crowd and they were clearly all moving as one). But having a greater variety of food may have broken up some of the gridlock that was occuring at the breakfast stations. Coffee was also not as strong as I would have liked.

Breakfast did not meet expectations. Only options was yogurt, bagel and muffins. Lobby chairs were very uncomfortable as well as chairs in rooms. Hotel seems to be of comfort for a more younger customer. Not older customer who make like cushions or chairs that aren’t so low. Everything seemed more like a college dorm.
