Bed and pillows were so comfortable, room was so beautiful. Bay view was amazing with chairs outside of each room to sit and enjoy the view; breakfast was great w/ eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits/gravy, fruit, waffles, toast, juice/coffee; across the street were several restaurants to easily walk to. Definitely would stay here again;

Brought a pet certification card that I've never had an issue with anywhere else.But best western didn't recognize and charge me a thirty dollar pet fee. So basically ended up being a 150 something dollars.

Unfriendly front desk person. Lousy breakfast. I requested a first floor location since we’re handicapped and traveling with a small dog. Despite being 98% empty, they stuck us on a second floor miles from the elevator.
