Staff are always respectful, knowledgeable of their policies and consistent.
Ive stayed here a couple times.
Last visit,
Long story short i had an issue where I cancelled and left I told them they did not have to refund given circumstances. And regardless they went out their way to ensure I did not pay for the reaminding nights.
