Their was a female staff member working the complimentary breakfast. She was rude to an elderly female guest. She did have a rude comment toward myself but I brushed it off. The comment to the elderly guest was uncalled for.

I liked breakfast, the pool and Jacuzzi
Negatives:
I didn’t like when I made my reservation. I let them know I was disable and I couldn’t walk far and they put me on the second floor and I had to walk all the way to the other side of the building I didn’t like I couldn’t get into the pool in the Jacuzzi because other family got in the pool and gotten it dirty and they had to close the pool area. It was very disappointed into that because I came to relax, and it was a Mother’s Day gift from my kids.
