The room was comfortable and contained all the expected amenities

The motel was an older motel without an elevator. The tub had been updated with an insert that made it high off the floor and there were no grab bars for safety.

Breakfast was terrible. Eggs, meats etc were all frozen for patrons to cook. Not enough handicap rooms.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check in was fairly simple. I would definitely go back.
Negatives:
While check in was simple, I had checked in on my phone the previous day. I understand having to show my ID to verify check in, but the process had to be repeated due to the check in information being stored on the GM's PC and not the front desk PC. You need a system that fully integrates with your property PMS, which is SynXis, and not one that only integrates halfway.

The room was recently updated and therefore everything was a great shape. The room was clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The location was great because it wasn't immediately near the highway so it was super quiet, except for the "herd of elephants" that occupied the room above us. However, when we informed the front desk of the noise, they immediately took care of it. There was also a great area for those traveling with a dog. I highly recommend this place.
