Negatives: The reception area had most of its lights off when I checked in (midnight). The reception area (staff side) had disgusting carpet viewable from customer perspective. The receptionist did not check my ID (security concern) nor did she give me any Wi-Fi info (another guest downstairs actually got a binder with instructions, I got nothing). The toilet was refilling its tank every 5 minutes due to the tank stopper not sealing correctly. The door handle to the bathroom was very loose on its way to falling out. The bedding was for a smaller mattress. The door key cards stopped working before I was coming back to my room for my final night (about 10 hours before noon checkout); calling the front desk got no one; walking to the front desk there was a sign to call a number; called an left a voice message; had to pee but was locked out of my own room and at the mercy of the staff returning to their front desk; eventually she arrived and recoded my key cards and they worked.

Negatives: Smell of urine in the room Inadequate fixtures: coffee service, microwave,toiletries , linens and covers for bed- horrrible

Negatives: No coffee pot or alarm clock in the room. Unknown cords under the nightstand. (?)

Negatives: Still waiting for the plug by my sink to get fixed
