The sofa was dirty. Room old and dated...furniture subpar. Hair in shower. Dust on some furniture. People outside handling out in front and back the entrances.

The breakfast was surprisingly great, nice options to choose from. The location was perfect for us to attend the event we traveled for. The location also was great for shopping, entertainment and eating.

Staff were wonderful. Rooms are huge and very clean!

Staff friendly. Breakfast good.

Toilet not working properly in one of the bedrooms. Toilet backing up even with flushing alone. Required staff to come up more than once. On one occasion, my mother was told Niobe was available and she was very upset by this. They found someone to bring a plunger. The next day maintenance man came snd informed us s plumber was necessary. Also, tv not working 2 evenings in a row in the other bedroom. This corrected on its own, not sure if it had something to do with internet connection.
