AC was not working in the room when we arrived. Immediately informed front desk and were told they would send someone up from maintenance to fix it. We also asked for more towels as there were only 2 the room and we had listed 6 guests on the reservation, they informed us they didn’t have more towels and gave us 2 hand towels. Hours later no one from maintenance arrived, we went to check again with the front desk and were told “they must have forgotten to come” and they were fully booked so we could not change rooms.
The room did not feel clean, the sheets appeared clean and the floor had been vacuumed but the floor by the door and in the bathroom were FILTHY. The furniture was scratched and dingy. The sofa and chair had stains and the dining table was sticky. Our second morning there was no breakfast and no signage saying no breakfast, when we asked the front desk said “the cook hadn’t arrived”. If I knew I could have gotten my money back immediately we would have stayed somewhere else, definitely a damper on the last leg of our family vacation.

We were traveling. It was our daughter's 14th bday and she wanted to have it at Medieval Times. The hotel was nice. The afternoon/evening shift was amazing and very informational about the area. We had a one bedroom suite which was nice and very clean. My husband was happy that the shower had great water pressure (Lol). The hotel is in a great location. The continental breakfast was very good. Our only complaint is that there were no extra sheets for the let out sofa... But I had read the reviews so we brought our own sheets. Also, the bed was horrible. It did not sleep well, but we were there for only one night so it served It's purpose. We also learned that this hotel is not under the Marriott franchise. So don't expect nothing more or nothing less.
