Location was great. Walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Breakfast was a good selection everyday. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Lobby always had fresh citrus water available.
Negatives:
Not enough ventilation in the bathrooms. Stayed rather humid in the room even with the air conditioning running and the outside temperature being comfortable weather.

The first day I moved in the AC was not working since it was late at night I could not move and one of the ACs got fixed only on the 2nd night after making multiple requests. We had a restless sleep with hot and sweat. They charged me for daily parking whereas the booking.com did not mention anything about the additional charges. The refund request was denied by booking.com. Currently, I have raised a refund for the first night of my stay. Let me see how that goes.

I am a business man, travel all the time, and honeslty, I had a horrible stay - the staff did zero, nothing, to curb a loud and out-of-control party. The room across from me hosted a party that ran until way past 2:30 a.m. - at one point the noise was so loud I got up, walked to the door, looked through the peep hole and saw eight individuals coming in and out of the room - and they were loud, super loud, and they took the party into the hallway - drinking. This IS NOT a business friendly hotel - I'm never staying there again. Also, the website advertises free parking and that's not the case - it's $10.00 a day to part.

AC was not working in the room when we arrived. Immediately informed front desk and were told they would send someone up from maintenance to fix it. We also asked for more towels as there were only 2 the room and we had listed 6 guests on the reservation, they informed us they didn’t have more towels and gave us 2 hand towels. Hours later no one from maintenance arrived, we went to check again with the front desk and were told “they must have forgotten to come” and they were fully booked so we could not change rooms.
The room did not feel clean, the sheets appeared clean and the floor had been vacuumed but the floor by the door and in the bathroom were FILTHY. The furniture was scratched and dingy. The sofa and chair had stains and the dining table was sticky. Our second morning there was no breakfast and no signage saying no breakfast, when we asked the front desk said “the cook hadn’t arrived”. If I knew I could have gotten my money back immediately we would have stayed somewhere else, definitely a damper on the last leg of our family vacation.
