The customer service provided by the front desk was nothing short of outstanding. Takia was magnificent and made my check in and the beginning of our experience great.
The pool hours aren’t all the time like most hotels so if a guest is busy with an event they’ll miss the pool as we didn’t both days there. and buffet style meals should be made to order just as a Covid safety concern.

there wasn’t an iron in my room. we waited over an hour for them to find one and ended up leaving for a wedding with wrinkled clothes because they didn’t bring in time. i requested room service and was told no because my stay was only 3 days but on the giant poster in the lobby it says less than 5 days can get serviced on request which I did and was told no. the toilet had flushing issues. the mini fridge got so cold my food froze. in the middle of the night every night the AC switched to heat at a very high temperature causing me to wake up hot and sweaty. overall I wouldn’t stay again over the room service issue. building and rooms need major upgrades.

the pool. the fact that i needed to make reservations to swim and the pool not cleaned between sessions. Why have a reservation? We all swam in the same water and used the same furniture to sit on. also, during our swim several youth were playing football in the pool and we were unable to utilize the entire area. Us and other family had to stay in one area to avoid being hit by the football or being hit by one of the boys. Went to the desk, staff came in and addressed the problem, but still didnt stop. Football was then intentionally thrown at us and we left before our time was up. Pool gets a rating of 1 from me.
