Positives: Where it was located. Only good thing
Negatives: The bed linen to both beds were dirty with dry wet spots. I asked for new stuff and they gave me more dirty stuff. I had to go to the local department store and buy washcloths and sheets. Also microwave had rust in it. Never got my chocolate chip cookie either. Last time I stayed at Double Tree in Williamsburg Virginia it was marvelous. My cookie was in my room Waiting for my family and the breakfast definitely isn't worth 15 dollars a piece. Anyway yea I should have stayed at Homewood suites across the street.

Positives: it was clean and cozy
Negatives: the ac unit didn’t work properly, tech came and eventually had to switch it manual use, and it was loud and stayed on for most of the night. Manager just brushed it off and truly didn’t address my concern.

Positives: The customer service provided by the front desk was nothing short of outstanding. Takia was magnificent and made my check in and the beginning of our experience great.
Negatives: The pool hours aren’t all the time like most hotels so if a guest is busy with an event they’ll miss the pool as we didn’t both days there. and buffet style meals should be made to order just as a Covid safety concern.
