Booking.com didn’t disclose any information about the $250 hold that would be placed on my card for 3-5 days.
AFTER getting to our room we found no sheets etc for pullout when we called front desk she said Oh, we keep them here. They should have asked us if we wanted them, needed them etc so we didn’t have to make the trip back downstairs.

We were very happy with the location, the amenities, and the day staff.
Negatives:
Our room was not very clean once we settled in. The kitchen floor was dirty, cabinet doors seemed smeared, bathroom floor was not clean and smelled like urine. There were multiple fingerprints on headboards, and spillage on office chair. Honestly seemed like we had clean bed and vacuumed carpet. There was no backup toilet paper and only one set of towels. Coffee and tea station in room looked as though it had not been changed for a while.
