Comfortable rooms, hot breakfast, friendly staff.
Negatives:
Cleaning staff never came in to the room to change linens despite staying for 6 days. Garbage left outside the door wasn’t always picked up daily. No warning before arrival or ahead of time about the pool being closed (I think it was approximately 3 weeks closed by the time we left).

All the staff were great! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My family and Ioved the fire pit and the room was very nice!

The breakfast option wasn't good..I feel that they should they didnt have too many options for people with food allergies.. the only meat thay had was pork and everyone doesn't eat pork. The other thing was the room that I oaid for was fir 6 people, but the towels and wash clothes were not available for 6. The linen on the beds were not properly clean.

The staff was pleasant, j didn’t like I had to wait hours for clean towels after I gave them our dirty ones that morning. Their was a pool on-site their was no lifeguard their to supervise the guests. !! The pool never got cleaned thought the day after plenty of people was in the water !! I asked for housekeeping to come vacuum our floor the staff said they come every four days but I was only their for two. I would think with Covid still present cleaning would be at an all time high but it wasn’t !!!
