Positives:
I appreciated the convenient location. There was no noisy guests during my stay. The beds, upon my own inspection looked clean and were very comfortable.
Negatives:
I was able to connect with the WiFi perfectly fine down in the lobby and on the elevator and even through the hallways. However in my room during my entire 4 day stay, the WiFi connection was very poor. I had to go down to the front desk twice in order for them to even connect my phone to the WiFi. Also when checking into my room, I noticed 2 used wash cloths that were hung on top of the shower curtain that the housekeepers neglected to retrieve. Also the shower curtain was dirty with stains. They should be cleaning those as well.

Not the hotel's fault but the guests next door were family and has kids and adults running in and out of each other's room at all hours of the day. Literally from 6am-4am. I had to call security one night because it was like someone was standing at the door, opening and closing it every 5 minutes.

This was a newer property and well taken care of. Nice fire table outside and pool was good too. Breakfast was nice and really enjoyed having food and drink for the social hour - that was an unexpected benefit!
Negatives:
We had a two queen suite for 6 people. The pullout couch only sleeps one person - so we were short a bed. Not great - but we made it work. Would have preferred knowing this ahead of time.
