Don’t let the area deceive...
Positives:
The hotel was clean and functional, with nothing particularly memorable, but it served its purpose. It’s located between Washington and Baltimore, which makes it a convenient stop for those traveling through the area.
While it was cheaper than staying in central Washington, it still felt quite expensive considering the basic level of comfort. This seems to be a general trend in the U.S.—nightly rates are high even when accommodations are fairly modest.

Our room was located at the end of the hallway close to the highway, traffic noise was really bothersome, couldn’t sleep that well. The bathroom was quiet small.

Although the area surrounding the hotel can make it seem run down. I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice it was! The staff were all very nice and helpful. The cleaners were respectful and sweet. overall very happy with my stay!

Very clean and friendly staff! The front dest staff gave us suggestions on the train service to and in DC. It was such a great idea. No trying to find a parking spot.

For the most part, staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.
Negatives:
Make sure and request a room that does not face the street. It sounds like a drag strip throughout the day and night. The air conditioner was either blowing really cold air onto us or was not running and leaving the room warm and stuffy.

The only issue the male staff in the breakfast area.
Treated the area as if it was his own kitchen. Stood in the small space and just stared and watched people.

Upon arriving On chicken day.
The reservation was canceled by the booking agency. The front desk staff met us with greetings to let us know that the booking agency had canceled our reservation because of a card that was used at the time has expired. Date. So therefore, the booking agency cancel it.
We received multiple emails from the booking agency that you can have early checking for a dollar amount. I never asked for the updated cart to reserve the reservation. So there we are standing there facing the desk. Clerk saying to us. You have no reservation. Because you're a booking agency cancel after the staff. Went to speak to someone in the back office. They return to say. No rooms available and somehow a room appeared and we were able to Check-in the booking agency that was use. D we would never use again.
