Upon arrival, our Booking.com reservation was canceled, and there were no rooms available. The staff searched for a vacant room, and located one, and she gave us the room for what it would have been under the canceled Booking.com rate. I extended the stay three more days, and the very superior staff provided a very affordable rate. I am going to stay at this location the next times that I come to Laurel. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and resourceful to find us a room.

My only complaint was I did not receive towel service on the last day, but I could have remedied it with a phone call to the helpful staff, so it was all on me.

Hotel was under construction and it was mentioned before booking. There was limited parking spots. Prior to booking it was said that I could pay at the location but instead the facility charged my card and would not refund my money because of reservation policy. Total false advertising.
