Negatives: Yes a few things. No breakfast, no coffee maker in the room, no coffee maker even in what you so call "lobby". NO BREAKFAST... SOME NASTY SMELLS. And A $50 dollars security deposit for any damages? ... wow

Positives: I like the room options available when we checked in. Also the hotel overall is quiet.
Negatives: I didn't like I had to turn in my old towels to the front desk to get new clean towels. I only stayed 2 nights so didn't need the whole room cleaned for an extra set of towels.

Negatives: They caused me of the room having "a faint smell of weed" when in actuality it was Eucalyptus and told me they would no longer be able to book a room for me anymore.Don't use any body sprays or scented anything, you might have the same problem

Positives: Nothing!!! Did not check in there were too many men hanging around did not look safe!
Negatives: The hotel looked unsafe to stay so we left and never checked in. I went to another hotel there were too many men hanging around . I did not feel comfortable going in with my young child!!

Positives: Absolutely nothing
Negatives: Rooms were below standard,balconies smelled like urine and Management does not enforce their own policies and instead let tenants run rampant on the hotel as if it was a prison. People smoke weed, drink alcohol, play loud music on the balconies outside.

Positives: Desk clerk was awesome and room had almost everything I needed for a long stay.
Negatives: I was at the opposite end of the hotel from the office, so there was no WIFI. The little rugs on each side of the bed were filthy.
