Although it's an extended stay hotel, they do not provide kitchenwares (pots, pans, plates, etc.) unless you would like to purchase them... They do not stock the rooms with shampoo and conditioner. They do not provide any breakfast or coffee service.

The hotel closed down the front desk at 10 pm and doesnt open back up until 9am. I could not check into the room that I paid for for Sunday night. I had to sleep in my car that night.

Shower curtain was very very dirty. I had to get a change. The floor had a big cut in the floor. My room number was 131. It was not all that clean the stove did not work properly for me to cook. I had to buy all my utensils and pots and pans.

Okay, the bed was lower then expected.

Management exchanged room for one that was not handicap accessible.

Item mistakenly left behind had makeup on it as if it had been tried on. Store tag (price) had also been removed. Office closes at 10 PM and reopens at 9 AM. When I realized I had left items behind, I had no way of retrieving them due to no one being available to assist me. I had to go to work 2 hours away and back to get my things!
