Close to airport. Shuttle drivers were courteous. Morning person was kind.

At 11 pm at night we ended up in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Sofa was stained and looked dirty (I should have taken pictures I know now to do that).. Front desk person was abrupt and seemed like we were “bothering” her. When I went back to the front desk to ask something about the bill she was talking to what appeared to be a friend and hardly acknowledged me. My wife and I have stayed in quite a few Hyatt hotels and always had excellent service and clean rooms up until this recent stay. Disappointed.

The staff was nice, the room was clean bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
There was no microwave in the room, only one elevator was working, and breakfast was not great (juice was very watered down there were no alternative breakfast meat options all offered were pork products).

Our room carpeting had several soiled areas. The bathroom door was so close to the toilet that I had to slide back against the interior wall to get out of the room. The bed made noises every time either of us moved. The table in the kitchen area was really old and marked up. The whole interior needs to be remodeled.
