The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. A great wake-up call if you have an early flight. The free shuttle to the airport and train station was great. The staff were also nice and helpful.

I don't like the fact that I upgraded my room and I didn't get anything that I upgraded to like my snacks my linen and also when I call to get late check out the staff wasn't pleasant at all so I rush to put my clothes on so I can check out

When you enter the lobby you think it's going all down hill from there. But once you get to the room you take a breath of relief. For the price the rooms are great so don't be deterred by the lobby. Would recommend for quick stays and budget friendliness.
Negatives:
The staff lack customer service skills. Check in could have used MAJOR improvement so could check out. The lady that called to see if our room was ok was excellent but the check in and check out people were terrible. But again, for the price it's ok.
