The front desk staff were less than friendly and it was what I consider a "sketchy motel". It looked like they took an old run down hotel and tried to slap some nice linens on the bed and some paint on the walls and pass it off as a nice hotel

When you enter the lobby you think it's going all down hill from there. But once you get to the room you take a breath of relief. For the price the rooms are great so don't be deterred by the lobby. Would recommend for quick stays and budget friendliness.

The staff lack customer service skills. Check in could have used MAJOR improvement so could check out. The lady that called to see if our room was ok was excellent but the check in and check out people were terrible. But again, for the price it's ok.

It was as good as a hotel that is twice the price. Clean, very comfortable beds. Has shuttle. I'll stay there every time I'm at BWI.

I liked everything. If you don't need a fridge or on-premises restaurant, I recommend it for cleanliness, comfort, and shuttle to terminal.

I enjoyed the amenities the room offered with the accommodations of a King size bed. The cozy feeling and location was awesome. I enjoyed the cleanliness inside and outside. It was very peaceful. I felt very safe at that location and parking.
Negatives:
I did not like the lack of acknowledgement as a guest from the employees. The housekeepers walk right by you dont greet and welcome you. The money they charge after every reservation calling it and incidental fee! Accountability where it is due

Sensors in room for smoking. Lit a therapy candle police showed up and wanted to put us out. No smoking ant where on the property. But no smoking signs not very visible.
