It smelled like weed as soon as you walked into the buildings where hotel rooms were. My friend was in a separate building and she had the same issue. My room had a faint smell of cigarette smell.

Although they initially assigned me a riom nothing like what I paid for, the room I was reassigned was as expected. That would be the best part for me. The 2 bedroom suite with fireplace. Its a nice space for a gathering with friends and/or family.
Negatives:
The amount of time spent making corrections dor their lack of effectiveness and efficiency took away from my experience in a major way. It lowered the quality in the experience and I still have yet to receive a follow up call after filing a complaint.

I called ahead to make sure I could get a room equipped for handicapped. I was told that my room was confirmed and I will get a room with handicap facilities. When I arrived I was told there was no handicap room and was put in a room that was a long walk

The clerk that checked me in and told me I could not have a handicap room was very rude.

The bathroom wasnt the cleanest. The tub was rusty and shower head leaking. Was not what I expected out of a hotel if this name. Id imagine that most rooms are run down. The staff was polite. Breakfast was hot.

Bathroom was not clean. The tub was rusted. We did not feel clean after showering. Showe head leaked. The entire room smelled like urine. It was terrible. Im done.

The rooms are large. Full kitchens stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc. There is a dishwasher and 2 burner stove. Very nice if you need to stay for a few days. Large bathroom. Full size couch.
Negatives:
Our first room had roaches. I have a picture of the roach in dishwasher. The staff was great about switching rooms, but we should have been given a discount. We pay a $100 deposit so what about when the rooms arent cleaned properly.
The second room smelled awful. It smelled like something was burned. It was either coming through the AC/heat vent or the last people to stay in our room burnered something and the smell was in everything.
It was awful.
