The location was good and the person who took my Room Service order was very pleasant.
Negatives:
I was texted at 10:48pm by Camille to ask about our stay and this was my response:
My kids could use a blanket as they're wasn't one for the sofa bed.
If we had been staying longer, I would've articulated other concerns:
1. We went to the restauarant and staff walked by us as we weren't aware that it was open seating. Once I asked, we sat down and were there for about 10mins and no one even came to the table.
2. We returned to the room and ordered Room Service-which took almost an hour to arrive (after being told it would arrive in about 30mins). I ordered a Crab BLT which came without any sauce (and was this very dry); and I ordered a drink from the bar and didn't receive a straw.
3. We did receive the additional towels as there are 3 of us and were only 2 sets when we got here.
4. Laura who took our Room Service order was very nice.
Thank you for asking.
I received NO response to my messages- no blanket for my children.
