Their shuttle bus was always parked in front of the hotel so people could not unload or load luggage. A back entrance you could not get in the door with your key. First night we had to ask twice for wash clothes and towels. Hotel had not done laundry.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle is definitely a plus and no incidental charges.
Negatives:
The door key often does not work and I have to go back to the front desk to have it re-keyed. I have stayed at this property several times and always have this problem.

Could not get housekeeping staff to clean the room and replenish towels. No clean towels and trash cans running over. finally got towels from the front desk who gave no explanation for the lack of service.
