There was someone else hair that occupied the space before me everywhere. In the bed, under the pillow, on the tub, on the toilet and bathroom walls. Very disgusting and disturbing but I cleaned it.

I have stayed at the Westin in Va Beach and it is really nice. This one...not so much. For as much as the room costs, there's no free parking, no complimentary breakfast. I couldn't even get a fork sent up to the room to eat my food. They instructed me to visit the restaurant downstairs. The scenery from my room sucked. I was on the 2nd floor stairing out to the top of the roof. That's it. They have very long hallways so it's quite a walk to the room from the elevator. I found hairs in my "clean" washclothes. Just not what I expected at all.

The staff were very unhelpful, the phone in the room didnt work, very loud event late into the night one of the nights, dispensers in the shower broken, and Im sure Im forgetting other issues. There seemed to be a problem at every turn.

Did not like everything was a separate fee fir the room parking, contental breakfast ect. The heater/ac in thr room was very loud. The pillows where flat . Was not bad but we have stayed in places with less stars that were better.
