There was one guy sitting on a chair outside his room in the corridor talking over the phone late night. It looks like he was living permanently in the hotel. I could hear his conversation from my room. It was hard for me to fall sleep.

The facilities and our room were very clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good with a few options. Overall, .it was a great stay

The television in our room kept going in and out, which made it hard to watch anything. That was the only issue that I had with my stay

The staff was friendly and professional. A smoke alarm in my room went off and the night clerk was able to bring up a new battery in a timely manner and she was the only one working.
Negatives:
The property is located between two private residences. The parking lot needs a power wash. The workout equipment was not very clean and rust was showing through some pieces but covered with black tape.
The wipes for cleaning the equipment were dry. The stairways were in need of some cleaning a new door handles. One again they were rusty.
