Positives:
The staff was friendly and professional. A smoke alarm in my room went off and the night clerk was able to bring up a new battery in a timely manner and she was the only one working.
Negatives:
The property is located between two private residences. The parking lot needs a power wash. The workout equipment was not very clean and rust was showing through some pieces but covered with black tape.
The wipes for cleaning the equipment were dry. The stairways were in need of some cleaning a new door handles. One again they were rusty.

The location was perfectly located off of the highway for a nice one night stay to break up the driving. I was greeted with a smile. Check in was easy. Breakfast was included. The breakfast server was on point. She was friendly, kept all items stocked on the buffet and everything clean. The room was clean and comfy.
