The pool was really dirty you can see the slime and people's doorsteps at the bottom of the pool. Disgusting Also all washers are broke so we got sent the truck stop by staff who refused to let the hotel guest use thw washers

I was relieved there wasnt excessive noise from the other guests. We didnt have a problem seeping at night.

The hallways smelled so bad, like dirty diapers. Luckily our room did not smell like the hallway.

We had an initial problem with an added night not getting scheduled with Comfort Inn but Maria and Carol, the hotel manager at the hotel helped us tremendously in getting everything resolved.

Pubic Hair on sheets and under pillows..pillows are all stained under sub par sheets. Sheets were pilled and worn. Big yellow Stain on comforter. Black mold around sprinkler system in rooms. Hairdryer did not work. Ice machine did not work. Have to cut thru truckstop to get to hotel. No carts for transporting bags to room. Room keys were not initiated correctly had to go back for a do over. And grand finale we were accidentally charged 322.00 extra at check out. Which was sent back to us and posted 3 days later.
