The proximity to the lacrosse tournament we were there for.
Negatives:
All of the staff were less than friendly and/or unhelpful. The worst of the interactions was at 7am Sunday morning. We wanted to fill up our water bottles with ice water as we would be outside in the heat all day. We were able to fill up from the ice machine but the water was empty. We had already turned in our keys so we couldn’t use our sink. I asked the man at the front desk if there was somewhere we could fill our water bottles and he said no and told me that the “breakfast guy fills up the water and he’s busy”.

when reserving our ,I requested a room away from traffic noise, ended up with a room faciing the highway, heard every truck that went by, then the room next door had the tv up loud enough we could hear the shows they were watching from the time we got there till we got up in the morning actually went outside at 2 till 4:30 am just to unwind. complained in the morning and was moved to a room where we requested
