I didn’t get access to my room because they charged my card for a pet fee and than refused to give me access unless I paid two additional pet fees claiming the first transaction never went thru even though my banks customer service confirmed with the hotel that the charge had been debited from my bank.

They are rude and would not give me access to my room after r they charged my card twice and then demanded I pay a third time
