Staff was pleasant. Food was good for the most part. Bed was comfortable. We have stayed here a few times previously and thought it would be the same as it was before but unfortunately, it was not.
Negatives:
For the price we paid, the room was subpar. Sheer curtains were torn from either being old or someone used a knife on them. The layout of the toilet area was awkward where you had to shut the door to use the toilet. Bathroom light has dead flies in it. Sink for the bathroom stuff is cracked. The back door for the facility to come in had blue tape over the lock part of the door so the door was not secure. Anyone could walk in.

Sofa bed was filthy and had nasty dirt or food on it when we arrived.
Couldn’t get in our room all week long. Everyday and like 2-3 times daily we had to go downstairs and get new keys and the elevator broke so we had to walk up and down the stairs multiple times as we were tired and couldn’t get in our room to go to sleep. This was very frustrating on the staff and my family.
Elevator went out of service!

The stay was not pleasant and the hotel price was inflated for this hotel and I feel like the pictures from the website
Positives:
Great conversation with the folks that worked there, all of the people I encountered were down to earth and friendly. The room was clean, and I especially liked that I could buy a snack by the front desk that was a regular price and not some inflated price. It was great to be able to buy some popcorn to pop in the microwave in the room and enjoy a movie. Also everything was clean.
Negatives:
The only thing I noticed that seemed like it could use attention was that I had to use a key to enter the pool from inside the hotel, however, the gate was open to the pool courtyard from the parking lot, and from the courtyard the door was unlocked to the pool. Once inside the pool area a person did not need a pass key to enter the hotel room. This means that there is easy access for anyone to enter the hotel away from the front desk without a key. Seemed like a big hole in security to me as someone could easily enter the hotel that way illegally.
