The staff was great. They were super professional, helpful, and speedy with all actions.
Negatives:
The Hilton Garden Inn buildings are quite rough. Rooms that smell bad. This is not a staff not cleaning issue. This is carpets need to be changed in rooms, furniture is old even though staff has made efforts to keep it looking refreshed. Hilton has let its garden inn properties go downhill. I won't be staying at another one. This is a corporate problem not a staffing issue.

The staff was very friendly an the location was good.
Negatives:
We had a drip in our bathroom sink and reported it but it was not fixed during our stay. We paid a little extra for this hotel bc it had an indoor pool/jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was out of order and we didn’t swim in the pool bc there were workers there all day. Also, the mattresses are not queen size, the base is. They use full mattresses on queen frames.

The hot tub was broke. It looked like a emergency in the way it was tied off. The pool was cold, cloudy and dirty, and then on top of that the room the blinds fell at 6 AM in the morning and also the communication between employees was awful and then The employees that worked. The breakfast were rude to my daughters and my family members.

The location was nice. Made for a great little get away for my husband and I. Priced very well and the staff was very accommodating. We had breakfast in the morning and the food was wonderful. Definitely will be going back.

The pool and hot tub were unavailable during our stay and we were not informed ahead of time of this when placing the booking
