Positives: The room is very well-appointed. Quiet at night--was not awaken even once over 3 nights. The poolside bar has ample seating and attentive staff. Thank you for the level 2 EV chargers!!!! We will not stay anywhere else in O.C-- unless a greener option arises.

Negatives: The cost for kayak rentals is inflated. There is way too much single use plastic available at the hotel and in O.C. in general. The floors in the hotel room could be cleaner.

Positives: I loved that the beach was acrossed the street and we got complimentary chairs and umbrella. Bar by the pool was perfect and relaxing.

Negatives: Beds a bit softer side and shower had no shelves. Also I called for complementary speed boat and person seemed confused about Aloft voucher. I didnt have another opportunity to do that.

Negatives: No one came to clean our room, refill water or coffee or make the bed in 3 nights we stayed. Many people had dogs and they were barking and it was disturbing. Stay was overpriced considering.
