Positives:
We had the room with the jacuzzi. There was a nice size refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. The dining area was decorated nice. The location was great.
Negatives:
The breakfast staff played her loudly and sang with it. She wasnt as friendly as the rest of the staff. Its not common that cleaning staff comes in the room unless its upon request. I didnt like knowing someone was in my room when I wasnt there.

The sheets smelled like bleach which I liked the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The woman running breakfast was rude. There was a roach in our bathroom. Even though the bed was comfortable it was definitely an old mattress it sagged in the middle.

I liked that all of the staff that I encountered were welcoming, helpful, respectful, and friendly.
Negatives:
I didn't like that i was charged a fee for the safe & never used it. Had I not looked at my bill, this would have remained a charge. Also, the tv remote was sticky & the area of microwave and fridge should be cleaned throughly for when new guest check.

My only critique would be the lights on the outside of the property. Many of your outdoor lights and electric were broken or laying on the ground. You may want to pay an electrician to clean up that stuff as it represents the entrance of your property to guests.
