I liked our oceanfront room and spacious balcony. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were of great quality and big bottles! We had enough for our family of 5. The electric stovetop is a bonus. We cooked all our breakfasts at the hotel. Spacious studio for our puppy to run around and play. Great grassy area for pets.
Staff was very helpful! Wish I had gotten her name, one of the women accommodated to my needs upon request and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
Negatives:
The bathtub is not elderly friendly. Be mindful of high tub.

The property was very clean. The balcony room was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They addressed all my concerns very fast to respond to my request.
Negatives:
I cannot provide one complaint about the property. I know there was a no smoking policy in the building where I was staying. However, I did not realize that included the balcony, it seems several people smoked cigarettes along other drugs the really made it challenging to enjoy staying on the balcony to relax.

Location and view was spot on. Maid service was great, check in was a breeze.
Negatives:
The doors need repaired and the tiles on the walk ways we either broken and/or loose. The balcony lights really dirty and full of bugs.
