Cancellation Policy

If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Guarantee Policy

If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, your entire reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund. The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older.

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.
