Love the location and how friendly they were with pets
Negatives:
Refrigerator didn’t work, spoke to staff who did nothing and told me it was not a refrigerator. My dog’s food was bad at the end. Ask for toothbrush and told to go to CVS. Ask for extra blanket and never brought it to my room do I had to go down to the front desk and ask for it again

Breakfast was outstanding. Tables were at a premium.
Negatives:
I requested a room facing the ocean. That did not happen. I was told that by going through a third party, they must not have known what to do. When the gentleman tried to rectify the oversight, he said that I had to pay additional due to cost increases. I did not appreciate this, and stayed in the room with little view of the ocean. We were looking forward to the ocean view and paid for it way in advance. Very disappointed.
