Beautiful location and views, and very spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of everything available.
Negatives:
The sliding glass door in our room had a gross red film on it and there was a gentleman at breakfast that played inappropriate music at an extremely high level but other than that it was great.

Hvac wasn't working in our room. They finally got it fixed. But when we left to go to dinner we came back it wasn't working again. When you pay a cost for the room I just expected more some of the stuff just wasn't working

Didn't stay there. Never get the refund as promised. The front desk doesn’t seem genuine.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very helpful. I needed quarters for laundry and the manager went to the bank for change for me. We ate at the restaurant two nights in a row, the crab dip was amazing.
Negatives:
Pool area needed a bit more cleaning (trash left by guests, hairball on side of pool) but it was the end of a busy weekend when we arrived.

It was pet friendly and great views.
Negatives:
Upon arrival we were given the wrong room type and the girl at the desk was unfriendly and not helpful.
I also brought to her attention that as my daughter was unpacking her things in the bathroom the heavy cabinet front fell completely off and onto her foot.
The young girl at the front desk seemed like she didn’t care 1 bit.
The next day our A/C heat stopped working but there weren’t any available rooms so we had to stay in that room.
There was also a routine fire alarm testing which set my dog off.
I have stayed at this hotel several times and always had a great experience.
Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
