Your staff was so friendly and their upbeat attitude helped make a hard day lighter. Check-in and out was easy and there were no hidden fees. Their pet fee was more than reasonable and the view was a great perk.
Negatives:
Very hard to get into the parking lot, but that was advertised.

On two occasions we were roomed next to other guesses who left their dogs in the rooms unattended. The dogs barked for hours until the owner returned. The first day we were moved, but it was to another room with a barking dog ☹️

The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well after I jumped through the hoops to get it. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. The location was okay.
Negatives:
The room was 75 degrees upon checking in. The refrigerator wasn't very cool, and while trying to make it colder, I accidentally turned it off. This resulted in use losing about $20 in food we brought. The water was never hot enough. The sink water pressure was extremely low. The hallways and elevator areas were warm. As was the lobby, which I noticed was set at 74 degrees. The AC unit was extremely loud. We were near the elevator and heard it every time it "dinged." The cleaning staff was hard to communicate with because they barely understood English. I wanted our room cleaned after two days, but the staff was overwhelmed from all the Sunday checkouts. So I just got some clean towels.
