Negatives: There were guests making excessive noise in halls and room above us . wasn't very happy about it due to the fact my family was trying to sleep because of having to get up early the next morning.this happened the time before when we stayed here.

Negatives: House keeping did not come to my room and when I requested to use the vacuum so I could clean myself the front desk told me it was not allowed for days I had to stay in a dirty room and only got the floor vacuumed once I approached the house keeper who had to communicate through translator that she wasn’t allowed to clean the room either guess in it.

Negatives: Parking lot have a lot of hoodlums

Negatives: I didn’t like the bed-wasn’t comfortable, too soft and should consider firm mattresses as well.

Negatives: We actually were supposed to have a different room but the door wouldn’t open as the key card reader was dead. The staff were wonderful and upgraded us to the suite

Negatives: I called down to the front desk several times and no one answered the phone. I had to physically go down in person which was annoying. The staff on duty at the time of my checkin needs more training. Took almost 20 mins to check me in. I had wifi issues were I couldn't connect my phone or laptop with the login provided. Staff was away from the front desk when I needed assistance. I had stayed at this hotel once before and it was a great experience. I cannot say the same for this recent trip. I stayed for a week and had to ask for cleaning service. No one cleaned the room or took out the trash which should have been done daily until I brought it to the attention of the front desk.If I had to rate my experience based on my most recent trip I would not recommend this hotel based on the lack of propriety by the staff. Was not a pleasant experience overall.

Negatives: BED BUGS! We've stayed here many times before and enjoyed it. Rooms are big, location is great. This time HARD NO and Never again because when we reported the bugs it seemed like they already knew about it.

Negatives: The smell of marjuana was throughout the hotel. I almost turned around s as d was going to pay to book another hotel. The odor of marjuana should not be tolerated. You would not let a person of such foul smell stay in ur hotel of another for example if someone had the hotel smelling of BM you would not tolerate it but u tolerate this. I don’t want my 7 year old daughter smelling this. She was holding her nose questioning what is that stink mommy. After getting settled I finally fell asleep at 13 midnight only to be wakened by the concert and banging in nearby room. Finally got to sleep around 4am. It was a terrible first night. Second night was not so bad but I was glad to leave.

Negatives: I did not get the rooms that I reserved and was not given advanced notice although I have been in contact with the hotel for weeks about this reservation
