Having to wait after check in,because they had no room cleaned. We had to go back to a event, and did not have much time to change and relax.Also our toliet would not flush and they had No one who could come and fix it.Also some of the light fixtures did not work.

The staff was great. I enjoyed the full kitchen and the indoor pool.

I had my 10 year old, who loves his video games. I call and asked if I could hook up his PS5. Once I got there. They informed me I wouldn't be able to hook up his game system. Also it was stains on the sofa.

Everything we booked this property for grill and fire pit which didnt work. Also my room was dirty we had to remake our bed ourself. Our tv didnt work we had to set it up on our own. The front desk didnt have any clean towels or wash clothes until 11pm

The breakfast idea is good but staff did not keep it well stocked and they didn’t seem to want to accommodate when asked. I loved the size of the room didn’t feel so closed in that was my reason for choosing this hotel

The furnishings was old the carpeting was worn there was not ample supply of cooking equipment. The check in doesn’t free u from the weather elements an overhead awning would have been great when trying to unload passengers and luggage

The shower drain was covered in hair. The hair caused the shower to overflow all over the bathroom floor; used towels to clean, requested fresh towels to be dropped off outside. Instead they were dropped off outside the bathroom while I showered.
