It was clean & accessible to everything that was offered at the National Harbor. I would like to recognize the housekeeper that service my room because she went above & beyond expectations. I will definitely stay again at this property. I would also like to recognize the two ladies that checked us out & the one that searched for a guest services attendant to help me with my luggage & lastly the attendant showed up promptly at my departure with a cheerful attitude & muscles. Thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant stay at your hotel & I can’t wait to return.

Location is wonderful! Easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go to. Hotel room on the corner facing the river was perfect. We were very happy with the room. It was very clean, as was the bathroom.
Negatives:
It was cool in the evenings and we tried to raise the temperature on the thermostat, but could not. I think the thermostat is not functioning well. The temperature read 78, but it was no where near that.
