The room was fantastic! No complaints about the room itself it was perfect!

The construction in the lobby had a horrible smell that was making my partner react very badly. Which is a problem seeing as they had to go through the lobby everytime to get anywhere. The other thing I didn't like was the room key system. So, I got locked out of my room, and went down to get a new key. They asked my last name and gave me a key. The key didn't work, and I noticed had a different number on it. So I went back down to tell them this, and they discovered that someone else in the hotel had the same last name as me. So they literally gave me someone else's room key, and had I wanted to break in, I could have. Which is SO dangerous and I was horrified thinking if the roles were reversed and they gave someone my room. So that's something that REALLY needs fixed and cannot happen again.
